It’s been awhile since I’ve put together an article outlining my understanding concerning the entirety of environmental manipulation currently facing humanity by unnamed persons and organizations. It is now time to bring that knowledge out into the light of day.

I began this site after the hell Florida was put through during the hurricane season of 2004. Four storms in ’04... That series of blatant weather engineering angered me so much that I had to share with the world what I had learned was being done with weather modification here in the States and also across the globe. The result was weatherwars.info being launched in October 2004.

In the nearly four years since I launched the website a wealth of information has flowed to me from across the globe in the form of pictures, stories, observations, and personal experiences with some of the many aspects and technologies that have had to be invented, designed, field tested, and finally deployed for the situation to get to where it is today.

One aspect of this project which has amazed me the most is the profound level of secrecy that has been maintained for decades. These NDA’s (non-disclosure agreements) must be some of the best arm-wrenching TPTB (the powers that be) have deployed to date. Compartmentalization of authority, mission planning/execution/goals (let alone finance), and management of the human resources required is a testament to the secrecy employed here.

Is this another Conspiracy? I ask, “How could it not be?” President Bush didn’t get elected without a conspiracy within the Republican National Party to accomplish that great task. So we, in the Western world, live under an illusion of freedom. This is not news to many people, but will be shocking to others.

During the fall of 2005 I did a radio interview that gathered quite a bit of attention. That interview and its attendant attention put me and weather modification on the map for the first time for a lot of people. In that press release I was quoted as stating that Hurricane Katrina was created by the Japanese Yakuza. That information was not accurately attributed to Lt. Col Bearden but to me. My opinion is that these acts could be blamed on no one but “The Powers that Be.” I leave it to you to define that particular “label,” be it aliens, the banking cabal, rouge elements of Western governments, the ones that killed JFK, RFK, and M.L. King, shot down the shuttle Challenger, and a whole list of events the conspiracy group looks to blame for disasters of all sorts. Please, you decide. I will not cast blame, because in the broadest of perspectives all of God’s creation is perfect, though they (the powers that be) tremble in fear that you may finally figure this puzzle out. (Finally realizing what is really going on in the world today).
